Use this guide to help you view Devices, HMI, and Dashboard Screens.

Login

Login to Specific Energy Dashboard with Username provided.*

Enter Password and click LOGIN.**

*Format is FirstNameLastName. **Use “Forgot my password” for support.

Enter Two-Factor

Enter Two-Factor code from an Authenticator application.

Click LOGIN.

Info

Desktop: On initial sign-in, scan the QR code generated from an authenticator app (i.e., Microsoft or Google Authenticator).

Info

Mobile: If first sign-in is from a mobile device, users will need to copy the key into the authenticator app manually.

Collapse and Expand Menu

Use the X and three-line menu in the top left-hand corner to collapse and expand the toolbar.

Disable Autologout

Click the logout countdown and select “Disable Autologout.”

Must be repeated after each disconnect or forced page refresh.

Left-Hand Menu

Use the left-hand menu to navigate to Devices, HMI Screens, or Dashboards.

View Sites

Click on a tile on the Home page to navigate to site-specific information.

Access Help

Click “?” to navigate to the Help page, submit a ticket in the User Interface, or view the contact number for tech support.
