Accessing Specific Energy Dashboard

Login

Login to Specific Energy Dashboard with Username provided.

Format is FirstNameLastName.

Enter Password and click LOGIN.

Click “Forgot my password” for support.

Enter Two-Factor

Enter Two-Factor code from an Authenticator application.

Click LOGIN.

Collapse and Expand Menu

Use the X and three-line menu in the top left-hand corner to collapse and expand the toolbar.

Disable Autologout

Click the logout countdown and select “Disable Autologout.”

This step must be repeated after a disconnect or forced page refresh.

Left-Hand Menu

Use the left-hand menu to navigate to Devices, HMI Screens, or Dashboards.

View Sites

Click on a tile on the Home page to navigate to site-specific information.

Access Help

Click “?” to navigate to the Help page, submit a ticket in the User Interface, or view the contact number for tech support.
