Login to Specific Energy Dashboard with Username* provided.
Enter Password and click LOGIN.**
*Format is FirstNameLastName. **Click “Forgot my password” for support. |
Enter Two-Factor
Enter Two-Factor code from an Authenticator application.
Click LOGIN.
Collapse and Expand Menu
Use the X and three-line menu in the top left-hand corner to collapse and expand the toolbar.
Disable Autologout
Click the logout countdown and select “Disable Autologout.”
Must be repeated after each disconnect or forced page refresh. |
Left-Hand Menu
Use the left-hand menu to navigate to Devices, HMI Screens, or Dashboards.
View Sites
Click on a tile on the Home page to navigate to site-specific information.
Access Help
Click “?” to navigate to the Help page, submit a ticket in the User Interface, or view the contact number for tech support.
