Admin may macy change within Settings menu from the Admin page:

  1. Navigate to the user;

  2. Click the Settings (cog) icon next to the username;

  3. Deselect the Account is Active checkbox.

titleHow do I set up 2-Factor for the first time?

After you receive your “Welcome to Specific Energy” e-mail and set your password, you will be directed to set-up 2-factor authentication.

On a mobile device, select the “Copy Key/Manual Entry” option. Paste the key into the “Enter a setup key” option in the authenticator.

From desktop, scan the QR code from the authenticator app of your choosing or select the “Copy Key/Manual Entry” option.
