After you receive your “Welcome to Specific Energy” e-mail and set your password, you will be directed to set-up 2-factor authentication. We recommend using an authenticator like Google Authenticator as in the instructions linked below: https://www.specificenergy.com/twoFactorSetup.html On a mobile device, select the “Copy Key/Manual Entry” option. Paste the key into the “Enter a setup key” option in the authenticator. From desktop, scan the QR code from the authenticator app of your choosing or select the “Copy Key/Manual Entry” option. |
